Making chatbots chatty

I began my time with Ascendum working on their new product, Botsai.

Botsai is a code-free chatbot building platform that uses the same ideas made popular by drag and drop website builders, to help users create a chatbot. I wrote the copy for their website, release notes, marketing materials, and social copy.

I also helped develop their brand voice and wrote their brand guidlines.
